Alive in Roswell is a free monthly festival held every third Thursday evening (5:00 - 9:00 pm)from April through October.
The festival is held concurrently on Historic Canton Street and the Roswell Antique and Interiors Lot. Free regular trolley service connects the free parking at Roswell City Hall and Woodstock Park to the event. Dogs are allowed at Alive in Roswell, but please bring them on a leash and be a good fur parent and clean up any deposits from your baby. Animals are not allowed on the free trolley.

Alive in Roswell has been one of the community's favorite events for years! What started out as a way to bring more foot traffic to Canton Street on Thursday nights, has evolved over the years to now include two vibrant venues. Both venues have their own unique setting, and both offer their own blend of music, beverage tents, food trucks, and more than 20 vendors representing local businesses and merchants. Check out each location below for more information on what to expect.
And, yes, restrooms are available at each venue location, too!
Historic Canton Street is closed to vehicular traffic from Hwy 9 to Norcross Street, creating a space unlike all the rest. Vendors set up along Canton Street and Elizabeth Way, showcasing their business and providing interactive opportunities. Beverage service tents are set up in a number of locations throughout the venue where beer, wine and water are available for purchase.

Roswell Antique and Interiors Lot
The Roswell Antique and Interiors Lot is located at the intersection of Canton Street and Webb Street. This paved venue offers a mix of music, a beverage service tent, local artists, merchants and non-profit organizations. The Antique Lot is a perfect place to wander off for a breather, providing an alternative setting from the ever-popular Canton Street.
Please be aware of the following road closures that take place on the day of the event for set up.
The portion of Historic Canton Street from Hwy 9/Magnolia Street to Norcross Street closes to vehicular traffic beginning at 5:00 PM.

Will there be alcohol at the event?
Yes. City of Roswell allows open containers within the Historic District. You must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages. We want you to be safe, so make sure to either have a designated driver or use a ride-hailing service. Although open containers are allowed within our Historic District, no outside alcohol is allowed.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No. You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol to the event. Only alcoholic beverages purchased at beverage service tents and restaurants are permitted. Keep in mind, your beverages must be in a plastic container. No glass containers are allowed.
What other items are prohibited at Alive in Roswell?
Glassware, open flames, illegal drugs, and fireworks are prohibited at Alive in Roswell.
Are dogs allowed at the event?
Yes! Dogs are definitely allowed at Alive In Roswell! Please bring them on a leash and be a good fur parent and clean up any deposits from your baby. The only place they are not allowed is on the free trolley.
Which is the best venue location for children?
Face painters and balloon artists will be on site for your younger ones to enjoy. Many vendors offer interactive activities for younger ones to participate.

Roswell is known as a foodie destination with a number of Award-Winning restaurants. Alive in Roswell is the best opportunity for you come check them out! On Canton Street within the boundaries of the event there are 15 restaurants alone! A quick stroll down Canton Street you will find 10 more establishments, making a total of 25 restaurants within 1 mile!
There will be food trucks on site for your enjoyment. This year, the food trucks will be in the Rock 'N' Taco parking lot.
Although open containers are allowed within our Historic District, no outside alcohol is allowed. Only alcohol purchased from one of the beverage service tents or restaurants is allowed to be consumed. Must be 21 or older to indulge. Keep in mind, your beverages must be in a clear plastic container. No glass containers are allowed.

Our beverage vendor, From the Earth Brewing Company, sets up beverage service tents during Alive in Roswell selling Gate City Brewing's craft beer, wine, sangria and water.
Parking/Trolley
Alive in Roswell takes place simultaneously at two unique locations: Canton Street and the Roswell Antique and Interiors Lot.
Parking near the festival area is very limited. We have highlighted a handful of the best places to park for Alive in Roswell.
The City of Roswell offers a free trolley service to all venue locations. Free parking is available at both locations, and the trolley will run continually throughout the event. Find out more here.
There are a number of parking lots spread out around each of the locations.
Roswell City Hall & Cultural Arts Center Parking Lots
Perfect locations to park with a trolley stop to take you to the different drop-off locations surrounding the event. Closest walking proximity to Canton Street, and the Antique Lot venue.
Green Street Parking Lot
Located near Fire Station 1.
Woodstock Soccer Complex Parking Lots
Located near the north end of Canton Street.
East Alley Parking Lot
Located between Highway 9 and East Alley
Private Parking
There are a handful of private party paid parking lots located near Canton Street.
Street Parking
Street parking is available first come first serve along Mimosa Boulevard and Hill Street.
Please arrange for your ride-hailing service (ex. Uber and Lyft) to meet you at the designated drop-off/pick-up site on Mimosa Boulevard. The closest address to reference is 37 Magnolia Street, Roswell, GA 30075.
Please do not have your ride-hailing service drop off or pick up on Canton Street or Alpharetta Highway, as this creates significant back-ups and traffic flow issues during the event.
