Roswell's Annual Lighting of the Christmas Tree

This event will include choral performances, hot chocolate, fire pits and s’mores, live reindeer, a special reading of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas by Mayor Kurt Wilson, a visit from Santa Claus, and the culminating event: the lighting of a 40-foot Christmas tree at the center of Heart of Roswell park.

Canton Street, between Norcross Street and Magnolia Street, will be closed beginning at 5 pm (similar to Alive in Roswell), creating a holiday atmosphere that extends into the downtown business district.

Elizabeth Way will be closing at 2pm.
