This session will include a 30-min pre-workout Orangetheory Orientation including an “In Body” Body Composition Scan, use of an OT Beat Burn Heart Rate Monitor, equipment overview with your Coach, a 60-minute full body workout, and post-workout consultation with your coach. Additionally, it will be a fun-filled day with door prizes, giveaways, treats, and more!
