Embrace the spirit of the season as Halloween Hikes returns for its 38th year at Chattahoochee Nature Center. A staple in the local community where fall family tradition meets educational fun; this cherished, non-scary event offers an educational nighttime adventure for families to enjoy together.
A NEW HIKE ROUTE brings to life the stories of some of our resilient resident raptors, amphibians, and mammals that call the Chattahoochee Watershed home. Explore the wonders of nature at night like never before on both the paved Wildlife Walk and the ADA-compliant River Boardwalk Trail. The evening will also include glow in the dark games, arts and crafts, face painting, food trucks, s’mores, craft beer, wine, and a signature cocktail!
Ticket Price: $25 (children 2 and under are free); Includes all activities throughout the evening.
Online ticket sales for each night end at 5:00 PM on the day of the event. We may be able to accommodate walk-ups. After 5:00 PM on the day of the event, call 770-992-2055 to check available hike times.

Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your ticket time to allow for parking and entry. Your ticket time is your entry time to be admitted to CNC. Get a snack, play some games, and enjoy the festivities before getting in line to join a hike.
Tailor your experience to your own schedule and interests. Arrive at the pavilion when you are ready to embark on the new hike route. This flexible approach is designed to create a more relaxed and custom experience.
