This is a 1-day workshop.
Working with encaustic paints and oil sticks, students will experience techniques that create transparencies and depth. Adding materials such as collages, handmade papers, prints, and photo prints will be ideal for encasing thin objects within the layers of wax, allowing for a polished surface.
No prior experience is needed. All materials and equipment included.
