Walk and talk then join us for a potluck picnic after the walk!
Pain Management Specialist Dr. Joseph Kundukulam with Align Spine and Pain Institute will give a brief talk about "Beyond Pills: Unveiling the Multifaceted Approach to Pain Management." The Plan is to discuss treatment modalities such as non-pharmacological (physical therapy, mindfulness, etc.) and interventional (injections).
We'll walk from Riverside Park to the southern Vickery Creek entrance, and groups will cover either 2 or 3 miles of hiking.
