Yoga for Kids

Join us for kids yoga. Ages kindergarten to 5th grade.

This class will include moving and stillness with lots of fun games! No equipment necessary. Participants are welcome to bring their own mat. Please wear comfortable (not too loose) clothing and bring a water bottle. It is best not to eat 1 to 2 hours before class. All are welcome – modifications will be offered for limited mobility. PARKING INFO

There is dedicated library parking in the back of the library across the street from the Cultural Arts Center. Please note that the parking is sometimes used by the general public when there is a special event going on in the area, so at times, even the library lot is full.
