Learning a new skill while bonding with your team members is always a fun time at the Atlanta Archery Club Range. Are you looking to add to your University credentials? Our JOAD Program is responsible for growing many an accomplished archer over the years – and we continue to grow the program. JOAD stands for Junior Olympic Archery Development. It’s a program from USA Archery that teaches archery to young people. The program is for youth archers ages 8–20. Head Coach and owner Yale Nogin brings over 7 years of coaching experience as a National Training System (NTS) Level 4 certified coach. Yale has taught archery lessons in Atlanta to children as young as 5, children and adults with special needs, teens, adults, grandparents and even a few great grandparents! Coach Yale’s many achievements include being the Associate Professor of Archery at Kennesaw State University Department of Health Promotion and Physical Education and a BSA (Boy Scouts of America) Archery Merit Badge Counselor.
